Capitec Bank & Hammond Pole attorneys

I have settled my loan with Capitec through Hammond Pole attorneys i paid my accounts now i request for Settlement letter they are telling me that my link accounts are not settled when i settled them last year and i have only been paying one account which i settled on the 13th of November
