Capitec bank and Hammond Pole

My account was handed over to Hammond pole. I paid up my account in September 2019, received a statement saying I owe R17. Today I've received a statement saying I owe R3600. I was told it was Capitec bank that has added interest. I really need help with these people. I have 2 statements
