Breaking the law - trying to collect on a ZERO balance account (over three years old!)

Reference HP***: you continuously send me sms messages and emails to which I reply and send the proof over and over again that the account you are chasing was settled many years ago - settlement letters sent as well yet you continue. And now you have the audacity to send a Section 129 notice via email (received 21 December 2020, DATED 19 OCTOBER 2020!!!) after you acknowledge that the account (if there was even a balance) would be prescribed as it is over three years old!

*I have been receiving emails and sms messages threatening me with legal action - FOR AN ACCOUNT WHICH DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

* I had an account with Direct Axis many many years ago which has been paid up and settled in full MORE THAN THREE YEARS AGO! (I have checked all the credit bureaus within the last 24 hours and NOT ONE has list account listed as they only hold info for 2 years!)

* Your actions are ******* - firstly trying to chase up on something with a ZERO balance, plus PRESCRIBED!
