Balance does not add up

Why are you guys giving me a balance and not the answer that I am requesting.

I owe you guys way less money.

Give me a constructive answer please.

I attached my Cell C statement received from you that clearly shows a balance of less than a R1000. 00 but yet you guys are adding on fees but not giving me answers to WHY!!!!.

After I have received that statement I also made a payment of R800 already... how does a R200. 00 balance add up to R1700?????

Yes times are tough and I really don't understand why I need to pay an additional R2000.

Also keep in mind since 2020 I paid you guys an amount of R2650 so far

Who can I speak to? to is willing to assist me.

Should I contact the ombudsman or lay a complaint on HelloPeter or Blast my social media accounts with the service I am receiving because I am quering this information since March 2021.

I have CC The National Consumer Commission into this email as well.

Again my attached Cell C statement received from Hammond pole attorney on the 20th of May 2021 from you. My Statement from HPA on the 6th May.

Since my last statement I paid R800 but my balance is still R200 but you guys bill me a R50 every month.

I am also awaiting an answer about September 2020 where I was billed an additional R800, I called your offices and was told to contact Cell C... I did and they are not aware of an additional R800 that they billed me for as the balance they gave you guys in May 2020 was the final amount, I spoke to Cell C on the 23rd of May 2021.

What was the amount that Cell C handed me over with in May 2020.

How cost was incurred by Hammond Attorney's for the year already... I want a proper breakdown and not a statement.

and why was a R800 added to my account in September 2020.
