Bad Service Ruining our lives!!!

I had a credit card handed over to them and i made a settlement amount of R6000 in July 2019. till to this day i have not received my settlement letter and the credit card is still sitting with the banks legal department. This has affected my credit score as it is not yet closed and looks like i have not settled the account. 8 Months and when you call them they give you a run around as if i dont have better things to do with my time and airtime.

Your service is bad yet you lie and claim to be the best on your website.
