Bad Service, Harassment and not honoring agreement

I am extremely frustrated by the service provided by Hammond Pole Attorney's. <br> <br> I had confirmed a three month payment arrangement with them and ensured that I honour it in due time. About two weeks later after I confirmed all payments with the firm, I kept receiving voice messages, about 6 text messages a day and emails stating that I need to pay more money to them. <br> <br> When I called confirm why, one of their consultants told me that he does not know why but that's how Vodacom does business, he continued to say that Vodacom likes nailing their customers for more money so as a firm they are following protocol from Vodacom.<br> <br> This is extremely frustrating and what makes it even more difficult is the fact that each day a different consultant either calls you, texts you or sends you an sms. I have dealt with at least 5/6 different people now. <br> <br> When you do call back to get clarity, I get put on hold and get told that I must leave a message and they will call me back. I sent emails with proof of payment but I have not received any feedback.<br> <br> I am beginning to think that this firm is milking money out of average South Africans, including harassment and threats.
