Bad Service from Rude Consultants

<p>I was told by agents from this company whose names I have that I have outstanding amount of R507.00 with C-Track.</p> <p>I paid the amount and the payment notification from my bank was sent to them in September 2016. I have since been receiving rude calls from them that I have not paid. When they realised that they gave me the wrong reference number they switched the consultant who was dealing with me intially.</p> <p>They claimed that I have not honoured the settlement agreement which I made and when you try to reason with them that no settlement was agreed to, they send you a threatening sms that the summons have been sent to the sherrief to be served.</p> <p>They do not respond to any emails because they know that you will have proper records for dispute. Instead they claim that I have been called several times and use bullying tactics to make you to admit that a settlement was agreed upon.</p>
