Bad Service by Phumla Malenga and Tebogo M from Hammond Pole

I was called by an agent called Phumla Malenga from Hammond pole, i have never been insulted like that in my whole life, i was surprised to receive such bad service from hammond pole as i have dealt with them before and i have never encountered such. as for Phumla and Tebogo her superior i wonder where do they get such attitude I was called a Prisoner with bad attitude and does not pay her accounts. They even told me they dont care about hello Peter they used to people like me. I think Hammond Pole should seriously intervene on the attitude and behavior of their collectors. This is cause for concern.
