Bad Service

In 2021 I had paid of an FNB loan, I have been struggling to obtain a paid up letter, the customer service is appalling, I've been on hold for extended periods, three different agents have been unable to assist me, to make matters worst i recently discovered that i have been blacklisted due to their failure to process the payment, i have tried contacting them via email, whatsapp, but all communication have been met with complete silence, its unacceptable that i have been waiting four years for a simple paid up letter, it is sad that the company harasses for payment but once payment is done they do not close there cases.
