Bad service all round

After my divorce I was landed with debt from my ex-husband, which subsequently was handed over to Hammond Pole. Every single month I make payments to settle the amount, on time and without fail. <br> Every single month I receive threatening calls and messages from the company that they are preparing court documents claiming I have failed to make payments. <br> I have contacted the call centre every month. Sometimes I have even spoken to the attorney in charge of the devision and yet every month the phone calls and messages keep coming.<br> The call centre staff range from unhelpful to downright rude. <br> The service is despicable to say the least. If my payments were late, I would understand the situation. However that is not the case. I have tried for months to resolve this issue with the company who seem to think that there is no need to pay me any mind aside from harassing calls and messages.
