BAD SERVICE

I have a very bad experience with dem, service poor, agent dropping calles, claiming not receiving payment from me yet payment are made via Debit Check, and afyer a while will be sending sms sayi g thank you for ur payment. Later when u requezt balance they will say all payments are not reflexting dispite me sending dem proof of payment from the bank which they claim to benot real. Bad service. Please help
