Bad service

The worse customer service ever, they don’t wanna give me a paid letter for the account which has been paid up 3 weeks ago already, if I speak to an agent over the phone they just promise me to get it before the end of business day, and they are so rude when engaged with on WhatsApp. I hate this company, it leaves you stranded.
