Bad service

I called your offices to make an arrangement for my Home Choice account, I spoke to a guy by the name of Godfrey Mampo, we made an arrangement & I asked before giving him my banking details if he is going to send me confirmation of the arrangement so I will know it's legit he said yes & I can use the email address he will send me for any further enquiries, 2 days later I haven't received any confirmation, I called back the same number ********** date 22-03-2018 but I was now told about an arrangement of R400 for my foschini account there's no home Choice, but I remember correctly I made an arrangement with the TFG of R165 and confirmation was sent. But for interest sake I asked him to send me that arrangement he's telling me about, nothing was sent.

Something is not right here & I have already given my banking details to this person claiming to be your agent,it's ***** & I wanted confirmation for this very same reason.
