BAD SERVICE

<p>I had a terrible experience with Bongani Masilela, apparently my account was handed over to their company, i called him trying to find out. he sais that my account was sent back to direct axis, when i asked him to send me the letter confirming what he just told me. he refused and later said he'll ask Adel Conraad to email me the letter. i didnt receive the email and tried calling him back. they kept me on hold, after a while they ladie said Bongani said they must tell me that he is on the phone with another person, he didnt even offer to call me back. </p> <p> </p>
