Bad customer service!!

<p>Hi,had an agreement with Hammond Pole arttoneys to settle my account in 2 month,I agree I had the last DO reversed,but when I called I was told,rudely by an AGENT, that I will pay double the balance for reversing the Debit order..I expected to be penalised,but the penalty was way too harsh and she(Agent) didn't even try to listen..I feel its a *******!!</p> <p>Can't wait to settle them and get them out of my hair!!</p>
