Bad communication

Have been trying to settle my Vodacom bill due to this company sending me legal papers. However, everytime I respond to a mail, I get no response back from them. This is incredibly frustrating as I would love to move on with my life and leave Vodacom in the past. Perhaps this will strike someones attention in the company and encourage them to do their jobs professionally and ethically
