Bad and rude agents

Due to MTN breach of contract, my account was handed over to Hammond Pole attorneys as I refused to pay the account. When the first agent phoned about my account and I explained to him the problem, he was understanding. I did not hear from them again until some time last month when another agent phoned and she was really unpleasant in pursuing me to say I am to pay the account even after I explained about MTN's breach of contract. She even admitted herself that it was MTN who breached contract. However she persisted that I must pay an x amount to avoid interest charges and per later sms a summons. She told me I have to pay it into their bank account and not MTN's. The question now arises regarding what ********** activities might not be taking place in Hammond Pole? I have recently started my own Web Development and Digital Marketing business and cannot afford to pay huge amounts at this time. Looking at the response rate of this company, I might have to go to the newspapers with this matter.
