Avoid at all costs for property transfers

Extremely poor service. Working with Jade N. who is extremely unresponsive and when she does respond it's short and borderline rude. They are handling the transfer of my property and I've honestly never dealt with a poorer law firm in this regard. They hardly provide human updates in relations to the process and my most recent query has gone unanswered for almost 5 business days with multiple people being emailed. Honestly if you are thinking of using them for property related matters, stay away.
