Appalling service & incorrect information by Hammond Pole

Hammond Pole Inc is such a bunch of unprofessional collectors who don't know what they are doing. They are giving me info that is contradictory, My account with Nedbank is with them & I have been paying since May if am not mistaken but still not getting any joy with my balance it seems like they don't even update my records accordingly. When I call or email them they telling me different information. Their service is appalling & their staff is so unprofessional
