Agents swearing @ clients Hammond Pole

So on the 9/3/18 I decided to contact Hammond pole to settle my accounts, the call was answered by Lungile Ntshali who didn't want to listen to a word I wanted to say thinking he knows it all, if he could have just shut his mouth & listened he would have realized that all I want is to settle the dam account, we exchanged words and he swore over the recorded I eventually hang up what an IDIOTIC FOOL!!!He shouldn't be working with clients at all, you guys no the rules.
