Please be advise i requested a settlement to be send the attached indicated there is a full and final payment due on the 28 May of R575 ,00 once the account paid i requested the agent to provide a Paid up letter they agent advise the arrangement was made for Month 2 Months that is not the problem, the probleme i have is that i am being kept accountable for agent mistake , the agent needed to ensure that the information provided is correct.

i am in the process to log a call with the ombudsman if he no proper feedback is going to be provide
