African Bank Prescribed debt

<p>I have just received a call from Hammond & Pole Attorneys , calling me for debt that has prescribed in 2012! and threatning me saying that she will send the sheffir of the court to my work my place with a summons! Her name is Tosheka! Why should I pay for prescribed debt ? and its ******** to collect it , This woman was so rude to me and screaming to tell me I must pay! I will take this further . African bank handed out loans to people with out doing any affordability checks in 2012 thats why they went bankrupt . VERY UPSETTING</p>
