accounts settled and stil ur debiting why

i asked for settlement quotations and settled and settled everything and they said all debit orders will be automatically cancelled then 2 days after their debit order goes thru i asked about it the answer was that the settlement includes the debit order today same story im very unhappy as you do not mention this and now im waiting to call you i hope ur not gonna tell me things i dont wanna hear this morning
