Account still reflecting negativly on my credit report

I have paid my account ********** 255701 in full a month ago and I have stil not received a settlement letter and this account still appears as arrears on my Credit profile, this negatively impacting my credit score and my ability to buy a house,

I need this to be cleared urgently as it is totally unacceptable to be waiting so long and to have my credit impacted so badly

I want to be compensated for the inconvenience and empty promises that was made as this has a heavy impact on my life
