Account settlement

I am under debt review with zero debt but what happened is that i got a call from one of Hammond pole Attorney agent, He promised me that if i pay one of the account that i was owing, i will get a discount and also a settlement letter will be emailed immediately and that was July 2021 i did that and nothing was sent to me since then and we in 2025 now. i have called/whatsapped but I'm not getting any help, i really need to clear my name because i'm blacklisted everywhere i go.
