Account payment

I have been paying my account handed over by home choice to Hammond pole every month since I made an arrangement I even send prove of payment to them but they keep sending me sms's saying I haven't paid the Acc and sheriff is appointed this is so annoying coz I pay every month I spoke to a consultant and sent another prove the SMS is still coming in
