Account paid up but sudden extra fees after

I've recieved various phone calls a threatining emails from Hammon Pole after the my Vodacom account that agreed to a settlement offer and paid in 3 months of R1200.00 each and requested numerous times my settlement letter and have not recieved it to date. All the agents that have contacted me, confirm each and every time (and I have the voice recondings of this) that the account is paid in full but now there are outstanding fees.

In the communion I recieved from Obed Nkosi, it clearly states in the settlement offer: "Your Vodacom account had been handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys for the collection of the outstanding amount of R4110 plus interest and costs accrued, with instruction by Vodacom to proceed with legal action."

"Don’t let the debt freeze your lifestyle. Settle the Vodacom account with a reduction of R822 on the outstanding balance , by paying R1644 for the next 2 months, 1st payment by 27th May, June, last payment July." - Note that when they contacted me a month later via a phone call, the Settlement changed and was agreed to as R1200 x3 months.

So I DO NOT ACKNOWLEGDE and WILL NOT PAY ANY OUTSTANDING FEE's as it was made CLEAR in the communications that ALL INTEREST and COSTS accrued in included and I paid the account in full.

The Agents (since day one that they've contact me are very arrogant and rude and it makes dealing with them very difficult as they will NOT listen to reason and only threaten you.
