ABYSMAL SERVICE FROM HAMMON POLE ATTORNEYS

I have been battling since Feb 2019 to get my paid up letter for my credit card and now my cheque account. Hammond Pole is useless, I have dealt with Thembi Maseko, Nosipho Mbaliso, Olwethu, just to name a few from Hammond Pole to try and resolve the issue. I have proof of payments of settling my overdraft on my cheque account as well as my credit card and still I receive statements from FNB which shows the proof of payment but no settlement and paid up letter. This is ridiculous. The service from FNB and Hammond pole is ABYSMAL. I demand my paid up letter and my accounts cleared by COB 28 January 2020. I cannot stand to be harassed another moment.
