ABSA vehicle finance

I'm not happy at all with the abuse and disrespect i got from one of the tele agent at this company. i asked him to call me back when he called me on Friday and he rep**** back by saying i must be drunk if i think he works for me. I was not sure anymore if i owe him or ABSA vehicle finance. I am in total disbelief ABSA vehicle finance would appoint a company that has such rude ill-mannered agents to do their collections on such big amounts.
