Absa vehicle account

I am repeatedly contacted by Lindiwe Nhlengethwa who after previously explaining that I am not Mr GJ Van Der Merwe repeatedly threatens me with Legal Action on an account that I do not hold with their client being ABSA. I have escalated the issue repeatedly and have also requested information from Anton De Villiers in terms of registration details with relevant regulators and nothing has been provided. It is unacceptable that this firm assumes that I owe them monies for an account that I do not hold with their client and it is even more disturbing that they do not proceed with proper identification checks of their respective clients. <br> <br> When you phone in they insist on your ID Number in order to confirm your case number, I refuse to give this information.<br> <br> I will proceed to the full lengths of the law to ensure that Lindiwe Nhlengethwa and Anton De Villiers are exposed for running a **** operation to try and **********ly obtain monies from people who do not owe them anything. I am still waiting for their registration details with the National Credit Regulator and or with any other external body as their conduct needs to be fully investigated.<br> <br> Alleged account information below.....
