14 months and no clarity on my house transfer

Ive sold my house and the attorney handeling the file is Sonja Geyer at Hammond Pole. Ive contacted her multiple times. Its been 14 months since selling my house and i have to cover all levey and cost with no response from this company. They lie to us every time we phone stating they will get back to us or the person is not there once you go to the office. We've now after 14 months been told she doesn't have the file anymore even though six months ago they contacted us stating we need electrical certificates etc. and we paid and sent everything in. thus said still no news no responses. Id recommend you never do business with these people
