Terrible Service and No Communication

I placed an order with Hamba Jeans on 12 August 2026. There are no lead times stated anywhere on their website, so customers have no indication of when their orders will be delivered. I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages asking for an update, but I have received absolutely no response. Ignoring a paying customer is unacceptable. The service and communication have been terrible.
