Terrible Service and No Communication
I placed an order with Hamba Jeans on 12 August 2026. There are no lead times stated anywhere on their website, so customers have no indication of when their orders will be delivered. I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages asking for an update, but I have received absolutely no response. Ignoring a paying customer is unacceptable. The service and communication have been terrible.

I placed an order with Hamba Jeans on 12 August 2026. There are no lead times stated anywhere on their website, so customers have no indication of when their orders will be delivered. Poor quality and after sales service
Very dissapointed in their service. I bought a pair oc jeans and yhe stiching came loose. I gave dates and pictures to show. In the mean yime i had to stich it mysrlf. Just want to warn people of the poor after setvice support. It is pathetic. Plesse do notbuy from them the jeans are exprnsive and poor quality.

Hamba Jeans: Very disappointed
Hamba Jeans: I ordered 2 x denims on March 22, 2026. I asked for them to be made longer. The lady said it was a special order, but she could help me. I paid as requested. Today is April 15, 2026. No messages are being answered anymore. I am very disappointed. I am still waiting for delivery or a refund.
