Unauthorised Debits

I got a call in February for a loan and after taking down my details the guy started reading out a declaration so fast I could not understand him. I stopped him and told him he better not be adding anything else to my account. He assured me he wasn't n was just giving me the details regarding my loan. I again stressed to him I don't want anythng else just a loan and he confirmed he wasn't. I then receive a sms 2 hours later welcoming me to Halo assist, Debt dr and Life Aid which I ignored until I was debited for R150 for whole 3 useless products which I have not given my permission for. This is totally ******* and I want my these debits stopped and my money refunded immediately. These guys are ******* and I want my money back the same way they have stole it from me. And guess what, I have never heard from them regarding the loan again even though I was promised they would call me back in 2 days time
