******* deductions from my bank account

Im so tired of calling this company everyday from already 13/02/2015 / 20/02/2015 / 26/02/2015 06/03/2015 and again 14/04/2015 / 16/04/2015 and no response when my money going to paid back to me that was deducted from my bank account without knowing it. I hope I will get now a reply from this company
