Vehicle registered to me that i do not own

I bought a Chevi Spark by halfway toyota in ottery on the 9 Jan 2019. I had a few issues that they do not resolve to my satisfaction. Firstly i was given a remote spare key that does not start my car and they said they will get replaced or fixed but never did and then told me to do a service on my car for the key which i have done and the key still do not work which they then made me a normal spare key with no spare remote. I am not getting fines and e-tolls for vehicles i do not own with a different reg# i have queried this with Toyota but to no success and i got another fine that is showing under my ID which somehow Toyota messed up n added my details on someone elae vehicle in Mpumalunga province and Durban area. Which now i have to run around to sort out and Toyota is not willing to assist on this as they did the mess up.
