The experience is terrible . Horrible . I've been contacting them for license and registration and I just get ignored . I called and still nothing . If you can consider another dealership. Worst experience from buying the car to now .

Car spare key not delivered
Toyota halfway Ottery can I please have my spare please without stories last time I was promised that a guy is busy with my key from locksmith I made arrangements twice wasted my fuel drove to the airport to meet the guy twice only for them to say they will call me and never got back. Can you please deliver my car spare key why did you deliver my car without spare key at first?

Car Delivery without spare key
The sale went well but I didn’t get a spare key for my car, I believe there’s no delivery with a spare key , I communicated this with my salesman Mr Gerald Clarke and I was told the sent the guy for the key since then still waiting since last year and it’s bad I’m tired of this now

Not a company I will deal with
Sales people are bad mouthing other companies on their social media accounts , they should rather focus on themselves no wonder they have such a bad rating on their review status here.

Shocking Sales Videos…
I can see why this business sitting at such a low rating on Hello Peter and Auto Trader because they sitting with sales people making videos of other car businesses around them on social media rather than making effort to keep up there own customer service and experience… Absolutely shocking that a Toyota dealership allows this but there rating speaks for itself… Get your own house and reviews in order before you want to call out other dealerships… You can rest assured that Toyota South Africa will be made aware of your disrespect in the industry. Shame on you Halfway Toyota Ottery…
