Your staff need training --- how to consolidate information . My client purchased a vehicle through Ottery Halfway and financed by MFC ... the Advert read --- 83 000kms in a good condition . When the car was delivered the MFC documents read 10617 kms and now the cat needs at least R20 000 worth of repairs . And .... the contract was signed on 28 October 2022 and was registered by MFC on 28th December 2022 -- what happened to 21 days ?-- and there was no Paper permit . So why did Ottery not reconcile the advert and the info on the MFC documents -- these are legal documents --- slapgat or what? and what about the registration and permit papers and the licence disc ? -- my client received NOTHING on delivery -- and the Cooling off period ? which was explained to MFC and I could hear the employee I was talking to at MFC had no clue what I was talking about . Then the Dealer must take the car the bank and reverse the transaction with MFC -- unless there is some miraculous sight you can convey to myself and my client.
