Halfway Toyota Ottery

I found the staff at Toyota to be helpful, professional and efficient. The lounge area is well equipped with coffee to enjoy while one waits for transport back to work/home. A pleasant, friendly driver dropped me at work and collected me when the service was done. The manager kept me updated with the progress through the day which was helpful as I could plan and arrange my day properly. There was an annoying clatter sound the car made which I had asked them to investigate but they could not hear, but on the post service call I mentioned. The car was immediately booked in once again and a technician (mechanic I guess) drove with me so I could point out the sound. The problem was identified and promptly rectified. I am impressed with the manner in which this was dealt with, well done! The only criticism I have is when I called in and asked to be referred to the service department. The receptionist did not answer the call when it went back to the switchboard unanswered. It is frustrating and costly when calling from a cellphone to hold on for your call to be answered and not given a chance to leave a message. Other than that though, I highly recommend Halfway Toyota Ottery.
