Poor etiquette

I’ve been trying to call Toyota honeydew from last week for my 40000 service for my vehicle but no luck. Yesterday I called again and I was put on hold then no help at all. This morning at 07:20 I come in and speak to a service advisor who helped me very Professionally to my satisfaction as he assured me I will get help with my vehicle. At 10:30 AM still waiting inside for my car to be finished, I walk towards the service area and see my car standing outside on a que so I ask one service advisor if my car will be done today still since I do not see my service advisor. Then the service advisor I asked answered me very rude like I owe Toyota a favor for my car to be serviced. I really don’t care how many cars are there to be serviced but the answer I got and the way I was spoken to made feel less of a man I am. Yes I admit the is too many cars maybe even from yesterday and today before me but I feel very disappointed with the way I was answered by being shouted at because the is too many cars on the floor which is not my problem. People to learn how to handle pressure at work. I am not here to teach no one ethical norms and values especially etiquette. Poor people management leads to poor quality of work

A friendly Warning to all South Africans with regard to Halfway Toyota honeydew. I took my car for service at this Toyota on 18/12/2019 early morning at 07:15. Upon arrival i removed my laptop and my file from the car and booked the car in for service. I mistakenly forgot to take out my work phone inside the arm rest cabin where i normally keep it. After service i took my car as i was on my way to Witbank for an urgent meeting. On my way i look for my work phone as i needed to make some calls and the phone was not there as usual. I called toyota to investigate this matter and toyota responded after checking their CCTV footage to say they found nothing and it my responsibilty to keep my personal belongings safe. to my surprise, The was money, 6 USB 16 GB memory sticks and usb cables but non of them went missing but only my work phone. How do we trust Halfway toyota honeydew going forward if they cannot guarantee the safe keeping of our personal belongings that we tend to forget in our cars at service? Does this mean that halfway toyota honeydew has theft problems within its premises? how do we trust them goiing forward?
