Not happy with the service conducted

On the 8/9/20 brought my car for service and i was attended by a nice gentleman. Usually when my car is done with the service i used to find things that were replaced from the car but in this service i was so surprised when seeing a big empty box with nothing. I am questioning myself what was replaced after paying so much money . Also i am disappointed as my service book is not filled in I had to query that and even in 2019. Please advise as I am not happy with all these things.

I HAVE SENT THEM EMAILS BUT NONE OF THEM IS ANSWERED
