new clutch kit burned in 7 month

On the 3 July 2015 halfway Toyota in otters installed a new clutch kut in my car. On the 4 February the clutch kuy burned. I towed my car to halfway Toyota on 5 February because I was given 12 month guarantee when I bought the new clutch kit. Lizel Thomas who was my service provider phoned on the 8 February telling me that they can't fix the clutch kit because it was my fault.I was shocked because I bought the car 2008 brand new,for 7 year it never gave me any clutch kit problem ,but when I installed the new one it last olny seven month.I request to see Lizel's Manger Liz Peter but she also could not help me.I then requested to see the Dealer principal but till now I have been told he is busy he can't see me my car is still at toyoya
