Never been let down by ANYTHING Toyota until I went to Halfway Toyota Honeydew

<p>Purchased a car towards the end of last year. never received the spare key, was told on 2 occasions that the blank is there and we need to bring the car in for the key to be cut, on the first occasion we went, there was no blank key, so we got turned away. On the second occasion, the guy who was meant to help us was not there so we wasted yet another trip and we had to leave... I left a note asking the manager to phone me back, he has not bothered therefore I am voicing my grievances online. Out of all the Toyota branches I have dealt with this is definitely the worst by FAR, I have NEVER had this type of ******* service from any other Toyota centers.</p>
