Halfway Toyota Honeydew, the one right in front of Coca Cola Doom is a ****** company and the Big boss whom I was taken to name: DIRK VAN ROY(Dealer Principal) is a ****** and I want the south African government to look into this matter. I took my car for service date: 5/04/2019 for service which they quote me for R25,428.78 I paid and the day I was picking up my car it was in pieces, my stairing was not close engine was in complete mess, after two weeks of taking my car the kick start stop was malfunction not working which was working perfectly before I took my car there, which they ask me to bring it back that they ****ed it up that they will fixed, which they did, after another two weeks my car had no engine oil, my car was bringing smoke for a car I paid R25,428.78 for, I called Toyota customer car, they promise to send their technician which they did when they arrived at the site where my car break down they confirm there was no one that which of their engineer could have make this mistake, and I was ask to bring the car back and get a courtesy car to use so they can properly fix whatever they did not fix properly getting there today everyone was rude to me treating me like **** I got angry got to my car and drove off one of the black driver ran after me begging not to be angry because I was highy upset, I foolishly followed him and he took me to his boss thinking he will give me assistance that the first person never gave me, the man Mr. Dirk Van Rooy came out told me but this car was paid for in April why am I shouting as if I just took the car two weeks ago and I ask how long does your service last for and if am suppose to services the car every month he used the F word on me and I said to him I think you Dirk Van Rooy is ****** and I will tell the world my experience that Toyota is made for white people not for black this is my experience with Toyota today 14/6/2019.
