Caught driver driving wrecklessly

Hi, I had a shocking experience with one of your staff more than two weeks ago. I was driving home from work when someone driving a silver Totoya Avanza drove like an absolute idiot, including driving on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic, ramping an island in the process, going straight through a stop street and red robot. Unlicenced. I then noticed the branding and thought maybe it belongs to your branch, followed this person right to the dealership, spoke to your Sales Manager, Kobus Benadie who promised to phone me back with feeback as to what action your dealership will be taken and lo and behold, nothing. Do you condone that sort of behaviour from your staff?
