Broken radio

For the third time in a row, my fortuner went for servicin and came out with a dead radio. The radio was not supposed to be touched by them in any case. I drove back to Toyota and asked them to fix it and no one knew anything. A day later I discovered that someone at Toyota had cut off the power supply cable for the radio and sealed it with a black tape.<br> Then they have the guts to call me and ask me to purchase a car from them, which I declined and asked them not to contact me as I was going to buy the car from elsewhere, which I did 2 days ago.<br> Ryan, my service consultant was not useful at all and provided no form of assistance to me. No one knew how my radio always got tempered with. <br> <br> Peter, the guy that was busy selling me another car at honeydew toyota tried to run around and get me some answers and hit a wall. I have had 3 incidents with halfway toyota honeydew of which none have been resolved by them. <br> <br> Be careful when you take your car there for service.
