Pushing sales and not being transparent

Poor after sales service at Halfway Durban Central

I have never come across such a horrible sales experience! From the day I purchased this vehicle it has been one nightmare after another. I was sold a car which they failed to properly process documentation for and as a result my partner was incarcerated cause the Temp was **** or should i say *****ulent. Right now I have two cars which are both debiting from my account leaving me with absolutely nothing. One of these cars is no longer in my possession. I have been trying to resolve this since the beginning of January. I've been sent from pillar to post and clearly the sales people do not care about customers. They are just pushing for sales. No one is interested in assisting me, I've taken multiple days off work to try to resolve the matter, I've made calls and sent emails with no response. I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy!
