We purchased a brand new vehicle last year and have been servicing with these guys from day one, after owning vehicle for a year the engine light came on, we sent it to Halfway Durban Central Omoda and they took it in to fix as it is still under warranty,we then asked for courtesy vehicle in order for us to move around as this fault was not our doing they just told us they have no cars available for that day so we had to use uber to go pick up and kids and go to work which became a huge setback for us financially as well. After few days they said car is ready for collection but it didn’t even last 24hrs the light came on again. Frustrating as this is already we had to return vehicle again they did not care how we are expected to carry on with daily routine with no car. We missed two appointments to visit home affairs after waiting over a month to get the dates that are paid for already, we have to carry a 6month old baby to day care using uber then get to and from work everyday which is very frustrating and tiresome not to mention expensive as we travel out to get to work everyday but the manager at halfway is not bothered as they keep telling us there are no vehicles. If they don’t have vehicles they should make sure our travelling is catered for until the issue is sorted. I am highly disappointed with the service I received from this dealership as i feel i was treated unfairly due to reasons unspecified because if something like this happens one should not be in a position where ugly words are exchanged just to get a courtesy car. This made us feel disrespected and undermined.

Poor after sales service at Halfway Durban Central I have never come across such a horrible sales experience! From the day I purchased this vehicle it has been one nightmare after another. I was sold a car which they failed to properly process documentation for and as a result my partner was incarcerated cause the Temp was **** or should i say *****ulent. Right now I have two cars which are both debiting from my account leaving me with absolutely nothing. One of these cars is no longer in my possession. I have been trying to resolve this since the beginning of January. I've been sent from pillar to post and clearly the sales people do not care about customers. They are just pushing for sales. No one is interested in assisting me, I've taken multiple days off work to try to resolve the matter, I've made calls and sent emails with no response. I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy! Halfway Durban Central is a ****
