Worst service

I placed an order an order with Hair City on Tuesday (24th November 2020).Payment was made immediately. Was given ref num#41172. As per their website if payment was received b4 9am,your goods will be received the same day. I was given the tracking number ZA***, kept on checking for the status quo and the parcel is transit btwn Johannesburg and Vereeniging. It's now the 26th November and I am still waiting. By the way I am leaving for Rustenburg tomorrow(27th November) morning to bury my mom. You phone the number provided on the website and no one is there to respond to any call. How lovely. You used to be the best when it comes to the services. Now you are the Worst. I personally will never ever purchase anything from you. I bet you still not going to respond to this
