Worse hair and experience ever

I had a very horrible experience with this piece of hair, the hair look very different from the one in the online picture it looks cheap and had a huge pump, that made it looks so out of place, It looked like it was sewed correctly.

Decided to returned the hair to the Menlyn branch, after days of requesting a return of order online.

The worse it coming, retuned it to the branch and it was so unprofessional, the lady at the branch just took my package and wrote my name on it, I asked for proof of return and they said they don't issue. Till today no refund / no response . Please please please spare yourself the trouble and don't buy from haircity on-line store.
